::Spring stuff is already coming in!::
Whoohoo! What a fun time of year! We already have Jo Sharp's Soho Summer DK Cotton in stock, along with her new book. We have the cutest 2-skein purse out of Berroco's Tutu - we already have to order more yarn! We have Karabella's Silky Tape, a gorgeous hand-dyed spongy tape yarn - expensive, but worth it! (Pictures to be added tomorrow night!) Crystal Palace just shipped us Fling, Shimmer and Fizz Stardust this week, and by Monday we should have tons of new Muench Amelie, a few colors of Esprit (grownup-colored Plush), and the new Rebecca #29 PLUS the new Rebecca Home magazine! Waaaaay cool!
I'm sure I've left something out, but it's a great time to either start thinking early Spring knitting, or come in and whip up a quick little winter something before the cold weather's gone! See ya soon!
Update: Newsletter is at the printer, should be on your doorstep in the next few weeks (sooner or later, depending on the speed of mail service in your area). We have TONS of fun classes planned for spring and summer, from late February to July!

::Classes and New Stuff!::
Welcome to 2005 and a new year of knitting! Time to stretch your wings, scarf knitters - try a poncho! For you poncho knitters, time to move on to your first tank top or tee! You can do it - we can help.
We are working on a class schedule as we speak and hope to have those out to you in our newsletter by the end of the month. Plenty of beginners classes, and plenty of advanced beginner offerings to accelerate your knitting skills. There's so much out there, don't be afraid to try it! Classes will be offered from February to June. We have already started getting in spring yarns, including new Berroco and Lang yarns like Tutu, Zodiac, and Lullaby (in solids!). Great Adirondack is sending some pretty funky stuff like Ballerina, Suede and Ribbons-n-Fluff. We're also making Valentine's Day accessories, like pillows and scarves! They're quick to whip up and the colors are so red, pink, white and juicy! New Rowan should be in the shop soon - watch for new Cotton Cord and citrusy colors of Cotton Glace and Handknit DK.
This is also the best time of year to sign up for membership in The Angels of Perpetual Purchase, our frequent shopper club! Cost to join is $20, which gets you 10% off all regularly-priced purchases on books, needles, and yarn and is good until 12/31/05 (no matter when you join). We will also invite you to two members-only sales, one usually in May and one ALWAYS on the first Friday night of November (our anniversary). Let us know at time of purchase if you want to join - we will not be able to retro in any earlier purchases this year, but we will discount the purchase you make at time of signup.
New stuff has been added on our website too - we have updated our staff bios, and have more items available on our yarn pages.
