Wow - have we been busy the past month or so! It's like everyone just remembered it's near the end of the year and went into overdrive trying to get ready!
Well, if you're felting purses, hats or clogs for the holidays this year, we've got you covered. A huge shipment of Galway just came in - we have FOUR shelves worth! An order of Brown Sheep Lamb's Pride Bulky should be in anytime now, and we have many colors of Nashua Julia (wstd wt) and Jo Sharp 8ply (dk wt) in stock.
Also - if you're waiting for Misti Bulky Alpaca - it should be here late this week (finally)!!
As for other holiday gifts, we have lots of bags (including the new Jordana Paige Messenger Bag) and needlecases of all sorts available, as well as gadgets, fancy buttons, gift cards, cedar needles, kits, and great books on hand.
Speaking of books, we have TWO trunk shows scheduled! What's a trunk show? We'll have many items from a particular book on hand in the shop for you to fondle! Please come visit us between Dec 5-24 to see great projects from Leigh Radford's Alterknits (20 copies of the book available now). We'll be closed for our regularly scheduled holiday the week between Dec 25-Jan 1, and then you'll also want to see Melanie Falick's Handknit for the Holidays from Jan 5-16. This book's 1st printing is nearly sold out and we have 20 copies in stock NOW! What a great way to make sure you really like the finished project before you make it! Hope to see you there!
