::These Just In!::
Gorgeous hand-dyed yarns from Blue Heron - Egyptian Mercerized Cotton and Texture (new!). They are beautiful and you'll see them on the front table as soon as you walk in. We have awesome new Jawool sock yarns - 6 new colors each month through November!
Berroco is in - you HAVE to look at the new Norah Gaughan book - it's very modern, but still wearable! Speaking of Berroco - we have Pure Merino, Ultra Alpaca, Pure Merino Heathers and Smart Mohair in stock!
Do come in and see the models that Peggy is letting us borrow - they are stunning... Oh - needles are in (finally!), so if you've been waiting, come'n get 'em! So are Xmas stocking kits. We have a sock class, a short-row shawl class (picture to be posted this week - I just have the ruffle to do!) and a fixing mistakes class to start soon (some this week and some next week), so call to get signed up. This is a great time of year for classes - no rushing around, no deadlines, and a great way to beat the heat!

::Summer Classes at AHYC::
The fall newsletter is in progress and we're working on a set of summer classes to offer you. Some begin this week and next and often fill up quickly, so call NOW to enroll in:
Christmas Stocking in July (get started early!) Design Your Own Sweater (take it now since Charisse will be on maternity leave for a while!) Socks on One Circ (again, with Charisse...) Knitting 101 (for people wanting to go beyond scarves) Laurel Short Row Shawl (Pam's shop model pic to be posted soon!) Five Easy Fixes (fixing mistakes - good stuff!)
These should be on our online calendar as soon as Webmistress Mia gets back from the UK.
Of course, if you are a complete newbie to knitting or crocheting, call ANYTIME to schedule a private lesson. These are $25 for an hour, plus 10% off anything you need to purchase for the lesson. We'll make sure you are knitting or crocheting before you leave!
We're trying to move to a paperless newsletter as the cost of postage is sky high - so please send us your email at infoATangelhairyarnDOTcom (replace the AT and DOT with the appropriate symbols...), so that we can update the shop computer with this info.

::Angel Hair Tofutsies Sock Club::
Just a few spots left in our new Angel Hair Tofutsies Sock Club! Southwest Trading Co. is providing a few select shops across the country with a special one-of-a-kind Tofutsies sock color every other month from June through the end of the year. Angel Hair Yarn Co. is proud to be one of those shops!
For $10 plus your email addy, we'll reserve a skein of the specialty color in your name (one skein makes a pair of socks), you'll receive a 10% discount on the price and a free sock pattern written especially for the colorway, and we'll notify you when new sock yarns become available. These skeins are hard to find and once they're gone, they're gone, as they are a limited-run colorway. If you're not familiar with Tofutsies, it's a soy/cotton/wool and CHITIN (shrimp and crabshell!) blend, which is said to have antibacterial properties...We also carry other colors of this beautiful, soft yarn, and new colorpacks become available every few months or so.
Want in? Call or stop by now! Did I mention we only have a few spots left? By the way, you don't have to be local to join - we're happy to mail if your local shop is already sold out of spaces in their Club!
