::Spring 08 Newsletter and New Stock::
If you haven't noticed already, the new AHYC Spring 08 Newsletter is now available here! Classes begin soon, so sign up now - there's lots to choose from.
We just got in some beautiful new Beaded Silk 
and Beaded Silk and Sequins from Artyarns. The way silk takes dye is amazing! These would make lovely scarves, shawls or necklaces. We've got several patterns using a combo of Beaded Silk with Kid Silk Haze (Colinette Parisienne could also be used) that are gorgeous - ask to see them!
Also new in the shop are the new Namaste bags. These are a great size and price, and could be used as regular handbags as well as knitting bags. We have three handbag styles, plus a Needle Organizer bag, and some extra inserts for the Organizer.
We're expecting a shipment of Malabrigo worsted - will keep you posted when that's expected. Koigu also came in last week - and the colors are moving fast!

::Friday Night Knitting Club::
Come one, come all - and bring your knitting!
Kate Jacobs,author of The Friday Night Knitting Club, will be at Borders in Brentwood, TN on Friday, January 11th at 6:30pm! You'll want to come hear her read an excerpt from her upcoming book centering around a single mom who owns a knitting shop.
The Spring Angel Hair Yarn Co. newsletter (new shorter format) will be available this week online and in the shop. Come by and pick one up or let us know your email so we can send one quickly! This edition will not be sent by regular mail. We've got classes starting in late January through March, plus some news bits.
Three new colors of Handpaint Misti Baby Alpaca Bulky just arrived too, and a few new colors of Rowan Cashsoft DK. Our Schaefer rep stopped by and we purchased several new skeins of Anne and Laurel from her too!

Well, we've enjoyed our break, but we'll be back on track starting tomorrow! Prepare for some new entries - we're due for a new shipment of Koigu (31 lbs of it!). We should also have a few new colors of the Misti Alpaca Bulky Handpaint, and who knows what other surprises shipped while we were closed.
Remember, it's time to sign up for this year's Angels of Perpetual Purchase (APP) membership - that's our Frequent Shopper Club, if you didn't already know. It costs $25 to join, and this year you'll get a free gift for signing up. But that's a minor detail - the main benefit is a 10% discount all year on non-sale yarns, kits, needles, patterns and books. Merchandise in the Angel Wares department will not be discounted. Members get to attend two pre-sales, one in spring and one on our anniversary weekend (first weekend of November). And, during our anniversary (in 2008, it will be Nov 1-14), you'll receive a DOUBLE discount of 20% automatically! How's that for a few membership benefits! Sign up anytime and your discount will begin immediately, good through Dec 24 of 2008.
We're working on a new shorter version of our newsletter - just a bit of news and a list of classes for the first quarter of 2008. Please note that this will be available ONLY by email, in person at the shop, or on our website. If you're not on our email list, please let us know, so that we can add you immediately! These will be sent out each quarter, and will also be available online.
