What Are We Doing?    ONLINE: Do you want to know what's happening with AHYC right now? Check out our blog at www.angelhairyarn.com. We post pictures, special events, and news on a regular basis. Charity Knitting Connection The ladies of AHYC would like to invite you to help us support all of our customers currently battling breast cancer. Did you know that some statisics state that 1 in 8 women will face some form of this disease in their lifetime? Visit our display and purchase pink yarn to make a headband or hat to show our support for those undergoing chemo treatments. Patterns for the headbands will be available for $2.00; the money collected will be donated entirely to the Susan G. Komen Foundation. We will also have a collection jar on the counter for the same purpose. Want to help our Marines overseas? We have free helmet liner patterns available (both knit and crochet) - make sure to use beige, navy or dark green wool yarn to make this project. Berroco Pure Merino works great! Come and help support the troops today!
